The issue was explained earlier by FuzzlePuzzle. The issue related to how Category:Colored_Links was added to some of the templates. I haven't browsed through them all, but I believe FuzzlePuzzle fixed up the issue.

It didn't work. If you look on the Janitor page, the issue is still there, and Spy template is changed to how it is right now. No changes there.
There was a weird gap in the Janitor article which I've removed from those two bits. Is it gone now on your screen?
Edit: With that said, I do believe FuzzlePuzzle's fix did work. I did see what the Executioner page looked like before the fix and it appears normal now. So I'm going to assume it was due to weird editing done on the Janitor page which left that issue unresolved.
Well, it's fixed now. Maybe I was using a bad page, cuz I was also trying to change the category: colored links thing. There was something with that, but other than that I hadn't seen anything that would show in the source code. Eh. It works now, though.
Huzzah!
Oh, that was me. Sorry, my bad. If something seems broken, do feel free to check out the page's or template's history - it reveals (in this case, my) changes done to the page or template. Also, feel free to revert any of my edits if there is a chance they might have broken something.
It should be fixed now. I'm having a go at using mass edit scripts since we have exactly 99 "colored links" templates, and we shouldn't have to edit them one by one.
